Pas de problemes. Propre, chambres spacieuses, piscine propre et agreable, petit dej complet dans le lobby... Hampton Inn a retenir.

Room was not not ready at check in 4:00 pm. Had to get another key made when I returned later 11:00 pm . Huge gap under the hotel room door. A lot of light and noise under that door . Got charged quite a bit more than the rate one week prior . Was not a great stay.

There was some hotel construction happening renovations in rooms creating loud noise until 11 pm Other than that the stay was good

Rooms were clean and breakfast was good. Bed was comfy. Dog matter surrounding property. Manager annoyed by double booking and non cooperative after 4 days to resolve issues. Manager refused to even speak with us and gave misleading information to credit card company. It felt as if he was determined to keep the second payment simply because he was annoyed.

The employees were all very courteous and professional. the room was very clean and very spacious. I have stayed at all the hotels in Craig and this is the best one by far
