Always good staff excellent ,very clean rooms love the walk in showers. Very good value for money breakfast good and main meal verygood

Disappointing

We have stayed at this hotel several times in the past and been really pleased with the experience. This time it was mixed. The public room was pleasant and it was good to see a real fire. When we arrived we had a drink from the bar and were lucky to get seats next to the fire and were nice and cosy. Unfortunately, the rest of the room was chilly as evidenced by the number of blankets stored in baskets. Our room had an unpleasant odour and put it down to perhaps a broken seal on the drains. We did not complain about this but should have done. The room itself was nice and clean and the shower was lovely however the air con did not seem to be operating properly and the room was cold. The bed was comfortable but the mattress protector made it sweaty. There was ceramic bowl hanging from a hook which was empty and served no purpose except to be an obstruction. The staff were efficient and spoke good English.

The room can be heated up to 22 degrees, which is a good temperature.The plaids in the dining room are there for decoration (as for the ceramic pot in the room) but can also be lent.We took note of the smell in the room and believe it to be the heavy rain.It's a pleasure to see you again.Emilie, Receptionist

Hotel with a plenty of free parking. The room was clean and beds comfortable. Very small room. I don’t think it’s possible to control the temperature because we tried to turn on the air/fan or turn the heat off because the room was so hot. I appreciate the heat in the winter but it got too hot to sleep during the night. We opened the small window to let some air in but the car noises outside was loud. Staff was very friendly. They do serve dinner and breakfast at their restaurant.
