Casa Alice is an independent house with a magnificent view of the mountains that frame Lake Como. The house is located in the center of Cremia, a beautiful village on the western shore of Lake Como.
The property, thanks to its spacious and well-equipped private garden, is recommended for families with children or for those who want to share the holiday with friends.
The house, built on two floors, is comfortable and functional. It consists of a private entrance, two bedrooms, a complete bathroom, a kitchen with an adjoining dining room, a living room, a laundry room, an enclosed garden with a small annex attached, a private parking and free Wifi
In detail, on the first floor you will find a bedroom equipped with a large double bed and a spacious wardrobe, and a bedroom with two single beds (with the possibility of joining them to form a large double bed) and in addition a baby bed (available on request ). The bathroom is complete and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a bidet, a bathtub and a fully enclosed shower. The kitchen is very large and fully equipped, it is equipped with enough crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils for six place settings, a fridge with freezer compartment, a four burner stove with oven, microwave, coffee and moka machine, toaster and juicer and Satellite TV.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a bright dining room. Do not miss the living room for a moment of relaxation with a six-seater sofa. The living room is also furnished with a large double sofa bed. From the corridor you will be able to enter the utility room containing everything needed for cleaning the house, including a vacuum cleaner.
On the ground floor you will find the laundry room equipped with washing machine, clothesline, iron and ironing board, sink, toilet and shower cubicle for summer showers upon returning from the beach.
Thanks to the architectural characteristics of the ancient building, in summer the house is never too hot. For the winter, independent heating is available.
The house is surrounded by a private fenced garden equipped with garden furniture such as table and chairs for outdoor dining, umbrella and deck chairs for relaxing in the sun, charcoal barbecue. Attached to the garden you will find an outbuilding furnished with a small kitchen equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment and a 4 burner hob, very useful in the summer to prepare a good lunch and coffee without always having to access the house kitchen.
The private parking is located about 200 meters from the house.
Upon your arrival you will find a welcome gift and detailed information on Cremia and its surroundings, with suggestions on places to visit during your stay.
The area offers beautiful panoramic walks and is ideal for those who want relaxing holidays, but also for the more sporty who can practice more advanced excursions, mountain biking and water sports.
The residence is ideal for families with children, but also for young couples who want a romantic stay.
A few meters from the house there is a grocery store where you can buy fresh bread and typical local products every day, and a bar where you can enjoy the typical Italian breakfast. Not far away you will find a playground for the little ones, and a soccer field for fans of this sport.
In Cremia there is also a pizzeria and a restaurant with an exceptional location on the lake. Near the beach there is a typical summer kiosk open also in the evening. The beach, as well as the dining and entertainment venues, can be reached in less than 15 minutes on foot through the typical cobbled streets of the lake, and in a few minutes by car.
Cremia is an ideal starting point for excursions on foot or by mountain bike, but also for short and medium-long trips by car to famous Italian cities such as Como and Milan, or Swiss cities such as Lugano and Saint Moritz. In addition, from the Menaggio pier you can make beautiful boat and ferry trips to Piona, Tremezzo, Bellagio and Varenna, with the possibility of visiting important villas, churches and historic buildings. From Cremia beach it is possible to practice water sports such as swimming, kayaking, windsurfing and kitesurfing.
Nearby you can rent boats, jet skis and mountain bikes. There are also outdoor swimming pools and lidos, a tennis court, a famous golf and minigolf course, a gym, and an outdoor market.
