The area was well lit, clean and easy to get to our room. The room was very spacious, clean and accommodating. The bed was not the most comfortable, but we slept well. The only complaint was numerous outlets and usb outlets did not work. The coffee and shampoos/soaps were nice, which is an important side note for me. We felt safe in the area too. Breakfast was “grab & go” with granola bars, apples, oranges, and little muffins. The coffee was good and they had tea. We would return to this hotel again.

Overall its ok..buggest complaint is no elevators... overall clean, if you can get a good deal, its worth it... no live customer service, all done through a kiosk.. grab n go breakfast as expected, nothing special but perfect if traveling through ans need a decent nights sleep...

Cons: no elevators Pros: it was an average hotel.. not fancy .. but perfect if you can get it at a good rate and traveling through.. overall clean.. close to the beach.. the breakfast was as described- grab n go.. You check in with a kiosk, never spoke to 1 lerson who worked there, at 1 point a worker saw me as i was coming in to ask for something and they immediately went around the corner.. it was weird, but the kiosk person was helpful and quick..

I was caught off guard. A monitor with a remote person was our check in. It went fine but what the hell is this. If a woman hadnt been inside I would have never even noticed that I was supposed to check in with a zoom meeting. Not a fan of no human presence. Not sure if I will come back here again. We love this hotel and its location to the beach but still questioning this check in system.

We loved the awesome view of the ocean and being so close to the beach. There are several great restaurants in walking distance, and the location is a great launching spot to explore the Redwoods National and State Parks. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Unfortunately, while our room appeared aesthetically pleasing at first glance, it did not meet expectations when it came to cleanliness. Upon entering, there was an unpleasant odor that made it feel like the room had not been properly refreshed since the last guest—and unfortunately, that scent seemed to linger even after a night’s sleep. It was not a welcoming start to our family vacation. Additionally, we were under the impression that breakfast was included with our stay, but it turned out to be just a granola bar and a miniature muffin—something that should have been clarified ahead of time. Overall, this experience fell short of what we had hoped for.

View was better than expected with two bay windows. I felt really awkward checking in on a virtual machine when there was a person sitting right next to it. Grab and go breakfast wasn’t great and I wish it had said there was a charge for the EV charging, I would have preferred a super charger at 25 min. This took all night to charge.
