I have been staying at this location for years This is the first time i am giving 1 star based on Roaches in the bathroom and morning staff being very rude No apologies at all only “its Florida there are roaches”

No problem with room. Was nice & comfortable. A little noisy late evening, as room was at end of hall by a nighttime entrance. Breakfast needs a little attention….not that it was necessarily attendants fault….

The only items I found not the best was the heating in my room was not working properly. And the entry door does not come down enough to meet the floor creating a sizeable gap and light from the ice room shines brightly in the dark. i put a towel down to block the light.

Very clean and nicely decorated room with a refrigerator that has a freezer and a microwave oven. Next to the hotel is a Texas Roadhouse Restaurant where we had dinner. The evening front desk clerk was very nice.
