Quaint, Quiet Crown King!

My best friend and my dog enjoyed two days in Nick's Bearfoot Pines Cabin. The description provided is exactly what you will find. It was perfectly roomy for us and Kiah, my dog loved the fenced in yard where I could safely allow her to wander around. The skies were beautiful, especially at night...oh, the stars! I woke early to watch the sunrise as this place is perfect for such beauty. The locals were beyond helpful and we made some fast friends. As a teacher I was enthralled with the one room school house in town and had to stop in for a visit. I will be returning and looking forward to it already. Thanks Nick!

Cozy little Crown King Cabin

Publié le 17 août 2021 sur HomeAway
From the moment we arrived at this cabin in Crown King after a 26 mile off road journey to town it was nothing short of amazing. We pulled our Jeep into the LED lit covered carport just after sunset, and this "tiny home living" style cabin was just as advertised. The host Nick was great and very responsive in the VRBO app with all my questions prior to our arrival, and the cabin was immaculately clean. Being this cabin is joined to the larger part of the cabin the wrap-around deck was closed off for use, but they still provided a table and chairs to sit on. We would recommend bringing an umbrella or do what we did and pull the vehicle out of the car port and use that for covered shade. The chairs they provide are heavy so we recommend bringing your own chairs and a small table if you can. We do not recommend bringing a car, but rather an SUV with high clearance to tackle rough roads and driving through town. This cabin is only a 25 minute walk on the road to town to the General Store and Saloon so it is at a great location. The views are amazing everywhere along with the star gazing where you can see shooting stars almost nightly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone on a budget looking to get away from the big city and get into some cooler temps. Thank you Nick for the amazing stay.
