Nit worth the price.

Little disappointed about the general appearance, off a dirt road we had to open and close a heavy gate for our self remote security was indicated. Little difficult to find. Sign a bit faded. No toiletries provided. Layout of television weird. .

Met by the owner/ manager who was quite helpful in the first instance. The property was fit for purpose but some things are missing eg ironing board and plug sockets. Despite Tobago being a small island the accommodation was a little far out when you don’t have transport it is a little far away from the beaches, but you can walk out and get transport. The check out is at 1200 , which is fine but when you have a flight in the evening it’s along time to be waiting at the airport…. Kelley did send a message to offer a later stay, but that was on the day and I had already made arrangements based on the departure time.

I likethe quietness and it's clean but the distance was a little too far for the kids cause we didn't have a car so we had to walk to rhe beach so we spent a lot on transportation but it's ok. little too far way

Really enjoyed my stay here. The hosts were very friendly and accessible. The Property was clean and well cared for. I will certainly recommend Bi'Biero's Holiday Apartments and will look forward to staying there again.

This place is a gem, i have stayed here multiple times. Very clean, kitchen has full fridge, stove, microwave and toaster. Very clean. Owner very responsive. Pool and grounds are well kept. Very quiet.

Traveler beware. Booking and paying in full for your stay at Ribieros on Expedia doesn't guarantee they'll reserve your apartment for you. We were sent to stay at a whole different property which costs less to stay at despite paying for our stay at Ribieros in full, weeks in advance. Not even a courtesy call from Ribieros to see how we were doing during our time we were at the other property. We were offered a future "discount" if we booked again however the host could not even say what the discount would be. Very unprofessional and poor treatment of paying customers and I would not recommend this place. Expedia needs to check up on these places. Seriously. So very disappointed.

We manage multiple locations and the decision to relocate you was unfortunate and absolutely unavoidable at the moment in time, and we did ensure that this was explained/communicated before your arrival. It was also further discussed that a discount would be applied to a future booking, a percentage that would be applied that is dependent on the length of time you wanted to stay. We further emphasize that at our locations, we have duly capable managers on-site who are responsible for your stay throughout and as a guest you were provided a name and direct contact for you liaise with while there. During this time, he remained fully available and did provide updates that you were settled and comfortable during your stay. However, we are sorry you felt this way and would definitely use this information to improve on our services.

Great place for family to stay

Very clean and tidy, beds comfortable. Room is very spacious. We loved the pool. Will visit again.

It is situated literally less than 5 mins from the airport on the Store Bay Local Road and 5 mins from the beaches and necessary shopping. No complicated directions or need for Google maps. The property is fully fenced with security cameras, the compound is clean and quite spacious with enough parking on and off the compound. The pool is quite big very clean and there is enough space around the pool for relaxing. The rooms were quite spacious with more than enough space for guests luggage and moving around. The bathrooms were clean and tidy and well organised and that is a big plus. The kitchen was small but still well organised and had everything you needed. The fridge worked extremely well. And the best part is the sense of privacy. We loved it! Disappointed there are no rooms for Easter.

The thing I liked the most was how accommodating the proprietor was. We came in on a very late flight and she facilitated our puck up at the airport and made sure we got in safely. The property is also awesome. Two thumbs up.
