Disappointed with valet + check in slow

Really disappointed with valet service! The valet guy was extremely rude to my wife and check in process was too slow

The staff didn’t care about the customer at all I ask to clean the room everyday that I was there and they only clean once . Very disappointed , had to go everyday to the front desk to ask to reset my key because was not working properly.. and the staff was really mean did not care about the costumer at all .

Great location, right in the center of the capital. The breakfast was superb, although it was not included... The only thing it could be improved is the TV which has an analogic signal...
