Came to town to visit my children, could only find this hotel. Matthew’s was very firm as where the pillows. I slept without a pillow because they were too hard. There were several toenail clipping on the floor

Was not happy on my first day when I arrived roach traps in my room and dead roaches around the whole perimeter of my room. I was quite disgusted when I left that afternoon for a meeting I left a $20 bill and asked them to thoroughly clean my room which they did, and I appreciate that, but I should not have to pay them additional money to come in and clean my room and get the bugs out.

Hot shower. No bed bugs. Room was clean.
