The stay was great will be staying there again. Everything was wonderful the only thing I didn’t like was the pool being ground floor and outside which made it even more difficult for the patrons to enjoy. Other than that the stay was EXCELLENT!!

Power hungry security.

I'd like to start by saying I'm a 62-year-old retired and 100% disabled 21-year military veteran. I have stayed in hotels and been going to the Mississippi Gulf Coast all of my life and have never been so disappointed. First of all the security officers are a complete and total menace. I parked my $50,000 boat and $80,000 truck pulling it exactly where I was instructed by the check-in clerk on the Arrival Day. That night while we were getting our fishing equipment ready so we could depart early the next morning our first encounter with the security occurred when we were approached and told there was no loitering on the property. Trying to explain we were registered guest come occupying two rooms, and was checked in didn't seem to matter. He told us we couldn't be out at our vehicle even though there were other people at their vehicles in plain sight. The next day we went on our fishing trip and Upon returning parked in the same exact place we had been instructed to park the day before. A security guard in the golf cart approached us telling us we could not park there. I attempted to explain I'm parking where I was instructed. He stated she didn't know what she was talking about so I moved, boat, went to my room,. Upon hearing a knock on my door, I opened it to find 3 police officers and 2 security. I was told i was being thrown out due to having a firearm. I have a State Enhanced Concealed Handgun Permit and had $8200 in cash with me. My rights were violated

Great Stop Over

This hotel is pretty solid compared to some of the others around the area. Biloxi hotel casinos are spread out compared to many locations and Scarlet Pearl is no different. If you're here, you're likely not going to easily play elsewhere...but you'll find a comfortable and clean room to use as a jumping off point. The casino floor has solid rules and, unlike many in the area, a sports book that can be used beyond 10 or 11 PM. Pool is small but looked clean. Mini golf is a nice perk since there really isn't much to do here other than sleep and gamble (especially if your kids are with you). Casino allows smoking which is a bit of a negative (as a non-smoker), but it feels less dark and cramped than others in the area so I didn't notice it much. Restaurants are nice and fairly reasonably priced. Worked well for a quick bite after getting in late as well as breakfast before heading out. Elevators could use some TLC, but only cosmetic...no safety issues. Wouldn't hesitate to return.

The Scarlet Pearl has always been my favorite. The customer service is great the young lady that checked us in and out was amazing! However I have one complaint I DO NOT LIKE THE NO CLeaning of The ROOM!!!!!!

The food at the restaurant was frozen food that was just reheated and flavorless. There is no wifi at the rooms and cell service is spotty at best. The rooms are great, very quiet and clean. I will definitely stay there again.
