Property is beautiful with very unique room layout. The spa was one of the best and we enjoyed the massages. Breakfast was good ( average). Main drawback is the distance from the town .

The only problem we encountered was there were a lot of tse flies in the room. I think they come in through the ventilation and could be eliminated if they put some screens in the vents so they can not get in.

Great resort

Nice place to stay at. The ground is beautiful, near the river and I right across from a beach. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Breakfasts are excellent with a large selection including Pho 😀. I like Hoi A with friendly local people. I will definitely come back to this resort and town in the future if given an opportunity.

Great value for money in a great location.

Loved the hotel. Stayed in a bungalow with a lagoon view for several nights and it was comfortable and spacious. Lots of amenities on site too. Staff were great. Location was great. Lots of good options for breakfast. Hotel has a shuttle bus into the town centre that runs multiple times a day. Also has private beach access.
