Amazing stay!

We had an amazing stay here. The room was stunning and the owner was extremely sweet. It is a nice walk along the river to the centre. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Hoi An.

Great stay at Ly Phuc

Really great stay, room with balcony was spacious and comfy beds. Everything was clean, shower was very big and nice. Hosts were friendly and food was delicious.

Very nice room, and big bathroom

This guesthouse is at the back of a Taylor shop, the room is really big, and has a balcony looking over a garden. The bathroom was also big and comfortable. Friendly people with limited English, but always happy to help if they can.

Almost everything was really good. Ly was very friendly. She also invited me to New Year party and have dinner with her friends. Only thing I didn't like was the room was always damp.

Smelly

We paid for a superior room. This turned out to be a basic room. They only have superior and deluxe. No free water, no slippers. Room smelt very damp. We hired bicycles for 30,000 for two but the price changed to 40,000 when the lady owed us the 10,000. They also sold bus tickets for 350,000 each. We paid 200,000 around the corner. Wouldn't recommend for the price due to smell.

Nice homestay for a reasonable price

We booked a double bed room. The room is clean and it has a comfortable bed. We enjoyed the medium sized flat screen TV with good cable channels. clean bathroom with hot shower. Good view as well. We Love the free breakfast(cooked to order by grandma)and provided kettle for coffee or tea. The only cons are the poor insulation(room can get really cold at night especially when raining with no heater), poor shower drainage, and location(it is about a mile and half away from the center of the town/tourist spots). Overall, very nice homestay for a reasonable price. I highly recommend ly phuc homestay when you are in hoi an.
