Appalling treatment

I booked this so called hotel at short notice. I had concerns about the booking. Myself and Hotels.com tried very unsuccessful to settle the issue. They couldn't even be better to reply

The pool is good, but no air conditioner in the living room on ground floor, pillows are smelly, very unstable water temperature for shower, please be careful not to use the toothbrush and toothpaste in the room as they are not free!
