I thought it was odd the doorman asked me for the booking number to check in when it was not his job but the reception's duties. I only get asked for the booking number if my reservation can't be found. Scooter rental 100m away. If you know how to ride a scooter, you can pretty much stay anywhere in the city because attractions are not within walking distance. Cheap laundry service nearby. Breakfast and afternoon tea weren't impressive, food wasn't great and lacked variety. Better instructions needed for the safety deposit box. Bottled water in the room were not included.

Clean, nicely furnished and spacious room with very comfortable beds. Up to date bathroom that had ample hot water for showering. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet had wide selection and excellent quality food.

My wife and I are on a long trip through Southeast Asia and this hotel was incredible! The friendliness of the staff was amazing, as well as the rooftop pool and the great breakfast. We have no complaints whatsoever about this hotel. If you have a chance to book here, don't hesitate.
