Nestled in Princeton, this delightful cabin offers 3 bedrooms with a mix of king, queen, and bunk beds. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub and shower, along with other essential amenities. With a cozy atmosphere and modern conveniences like WiFi and a washing machine, guests can relax and unwind in this phenomenal retreat.


Enjoy preparing a hot meal or making pancakes in our fully equipped kitchen, stocked with teabags, bakeware and much more! Outdoors, you can enjoy a ping pong game while kids play outside, followed by roasting s'mores around the fire pit. Relax in our lofty living room and walls of windows while nestling up by the fireplace on our cozy luxe sectional and enjoying the beautiful view outside or challenge others to a game of foosball, powered hockey, pool Table and Black Jack.

Relax in the pool where you can wind down after a long day, tucked away on its own separate covered deck to allow for ultimate privacy. Spend time grilling on our high-end grill and utilizing both our indoor and outdoor full seating options for an enjoyable meal with family and friends.

Outside of both bedrooms in the side area is a laundry closet with a full-sized washer and dryer to make your stay more comfortable.

What a great property to get three families together for a reunion. There was plenty of space in and out of the house. Everyone was comfortable and entertained. It was a great vacation to feel away from it all while knowing anything you needed was within a 10 minute drive. We were traveling from out of state to visit local family and choose this property and it worked perfectly. The property is clean and well maintained and the host has excellent and timely communication. We would definitely book this property again.

The property was perfect for our family bday gathering. We had 5 families We enjoyed the pool, the great kitchen and the other accommodations. The house is so spacious and there are so many games and activities, something for everyone(swimming pool, foosball, billiards, ping pong, pickleball, etc). The host has thought of and included a lot in the house. They were responsive to any inquiry. We highly recommend this property. We wish we had more days off to enjoy it.

Serenity Ranch Weekend

Our time at the ranch was just whatvwe needed. A perfect getaway from the hussle and bussle of city life. The quiet evenings spent out doors around the fire pit sharing memories was priceless. The serenity ranch is just that, Serene at its best. The ranch house provided plenty of space to spread out for privacy yet entertainment amenities to spend quality time. We will definitely be back to the ranch, this may become a regular tradition in the near future. THANK YOU!! Appreciate the owners friendliness and open communication.

Family gathering

We came to Texas for a graduation and celebrated our daughters birthday at this home. It was big enough for all 9 of us that stayed in the home and the 6-11 others that lived in the area to join the gathering. The kids spent a good portion of time in the pool and enjoying the games. The only very minor issue we had they were quick to respond too. We had plenty of towels and everything else we needed. So grateful we found this property. We will definitely stay again next time we are in the area.

Wedding weekend

We absolutely loved this place. An older home but It had the perfect space for a brief wedding rehearsal and dinner. The kitchen was so well laid out. There was plenty of seating. The bed situation wasn’t ideal for our group-we had 2 that needed to sleep on the couch but air mattresses were available if we needed them. We were very close to our wedding venue and local Stores. The gate caused us some issues leaving the property at times. Overall it was exactly what we needed!

This home is beautiful and we were beyond impressed with the amount of space and area that this property is on. So much that the home offers from swimming to relaxing by the fire pit to shooting pool and playing darts. My family absolutely enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again in the future.

Amazing Property

We recently had a small group of family and friends stay at this property and it was absolutely amazing! One of the best rental experiences we have had. There was so much space and room to relax and enjoy. We didn't have any children but I can see it being an exceptional place for them as well since there was so much room to explore. Absolutely loved it and would definitely book again if we are in the area!

The property was bigger than we thought. With the games and TV, the kids were interested. Even the older ones played pool. The plans changed due to the rain, so we had probably 10-12 cars and around 25 bridesmaids/groomsmen and family members who came. Plenty of room!Nice place!

After-Christmas Getaway

Came with my family of 5 from Houston, TX. Easy check-in. Beautiful property and very spacious. The kitchen is well-stocked with cooking implements. A few of the arcade games were broken. Consider bring ing RV toilet paper that dissolves quickly, as it is requested to not flush toilet paper. We would gladly come back to stay during the sunny months.

Nice property

The property is amazing. Lots of room and things to do. But don’t plan on using the unlevel pool table. All the balls roll to one side. This would be a great place to hang out in the summer with teenagers. We basically just slept here.

This location was great for a large gathering for such special occasions. Plenty of seating for a meal and large enough space if weather keeps you indoors. However the pool table was not level and we could not play a game. Both grills propane tanks were empty. Luckily, we had a back up plan. Overall the stay was a success and exactly what we needed for a group of 30. The beds were firm and comfortable with great pillows.There were plenty of kitchen items to use, the only thing we could not find were sheet pans for baking cookies. However, there is a Walmart 3 miles away so you can grab anything you need.Host was very attentive to our needs.
