The overall stay was good considering the price. The beds were comfortable and it had all the amenities needed. The AC was inconsistent -- extremely cold then too hot. The light from the parking lot shined through cracks in the drapes, making it too bright in the room.

I waited 2 hours to check into my room. I finally checked in at around 2:26. I entered my room at 2:28 and before the door could close behind me I saw a roach by the front door. I immediately headed back to the front desk to complain and request a refund. The front desk lady had a neutral response (no apology given for the inconvenience btw) she just offered to change my room which obviously I declined and just gave me a refund. I was late to my event because of this and ended up having to spend $200 on another room for the night :| I only sat in the lobby for 2.5 hours and walked to my room. Overall I can’t rate the hotel as a whole but clearly it can’t be great if roaches are living among those staying/working there. Also to note: on my way to the room I passed housekeeping who was clearly leaving the direction I was headed which just further proves how unclean it is!

Close to Love Field and Great Place to Stay.

The hotel felt like it has been renovated within the last couple of years, and renovated well. The attached bar and restaurant was clean with great staff and a small selection of bar food. The only problem I had was the shower door kept rolling open while I was taking a shower. I told the front desk about it and they said they would take car of it.

Trip was good. Only complaint was the room lighting was like sleeping with the lights on and the road noise was aweful. Room was very clean with lots of towels. Huge shower and bed was very comfortable.

HORRIBLE SERVICE BY EVELYN

Horrible service by Evelyn, front desk worker. Rude and condescending. I was charged three times for the room. Called the hotel, what should of been a simple fix. She left me on hold 23 minutes. I hung up and called back. Shuttle driver answered and said no one was there she might of wrnt to the bathroom and to hold on. I waited another 32 minutes (i have screen shots of the time on hold). I hung I again and called back and Evelyn answers, i again let her know i was the woman who called and gave detailed information of the problem i had. I asked her if she had been working on it. Her reply ws "No". Not even a simple im sorry for the delay. She seemed like she couldnt care less. I again, explained that i was charged three times plus the $incidental hold. She said it would be refunded. It still has not been. I called the next day to speak to someone named Brandon, who seemed to take his job seriously, Evelyn answered and said i dont know when he will be in, he works in other offices. I will now have to deal with the credit card company to get reimbursed. This woman had NO customer service skills at all and is a detriment to the hotel.

This place was okay, can’t expect much even though we paid a decent price. The pool was great and I really liked the selection of different tea’s they provide. Aside from that there were a few things that were not so good. The pump on the lotion they provided in the bathroom was broken and leaking. On our last day the A/C broke and was leaking water. The sheets definitely need to be cleaned better since there was staining and there were a few spiders we found. Will not be coming back not just because of all the things I listed but mostly because Texas is just too hot and humid and the fact that walking to anything near by was VERY limited.

The pool at this hotel was nice, but it was closed the first day we arrived. This hotel was nice to stay at but both nights we were there, it smelled intensely of marijauna in the evening time both nights.
