I was disappointed with my stay. First of all, the woman who was working the night shift around 9:00 p.m. on Saturday January 3rd, is very rude. When I got to the front, she didn't ask me how I was, no greeting at all really. She just looked up at me. I said I had a reservation and she just said "I need ID". She told me to answer my card for the incidental then she gave me my room key. Didn't tell me much else. Just very cold. The room was okay. Average. But what I didn't like was how rundown it was. Everything is Dusty and scruffy. Then there were the bugs... They have an infestation of ants. Now luckily they are the little black ones that don't do any harm. But it's still not great to be sitting in bed and an ant walks across your chest. Or going to the restroom and a huge cockroach is on the ground. I get it, we're by the lake. But come on. The outdoor area was disappointing as well. Not a chair in sight. Just a pool and a deck. You're looking out on the lake, a table and chair would be nice to relax. Definitely would not be staying here again.

The hotel and room were very dirty. The couch had stains all over the cushions on both sides and the pull out bed was full of food, wrappers, and stains. There was half eaten candy bars in the cupboard and makeup in the pillows. We ended up checking out and finding a new hotel. Staff was great and very professional and respectful.

It was a partial lake view. Hotel was a little run down. The hotel lobby is complete chaos with the amount of design and colors going on. It was very quiet. Normal breakfast.
