Great space. We had our sons family along with us. Total of 6. Location was great. So close to the freeway, stores, parks and restaurants. It is in a very nice well-kept middle class neighborhood and saw that the VRBO was the best looking and best taken care of yard on the block. I would choose it again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic Home

This is by far the best home we have stayed in. The house is very well kept, has everything you need, and owners are very responsive. Although we didn't have much time during this stay to use the kitchen much it is very well stocked with everything you might need. We felt at home (away from home) and plan on staying again!

You can't go wrong staying here. Convenient to downtown McKinney and a short drive to everything else. The place was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time. The home had a cozy farm house vibe. All the rooms were neat and clean. What i loved was that if you are a cold natured person, there were space heaters in each room. Great location to shopping and eateries. Our family really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

The Perfect Stay

This home was perfect for our trip to McKinney to visit family. The Christmas tree, outside lights and holiday decorations were a thoughtful touch. Felt like home away from home. The house was immaculately clean. Family room with the fireplace was a nice place to hang out. Although we didn’t cook, the kitchen seemed well stocked. Garage parking was very convenient especially in the rain. Bryan’s communication is excellent. Will definitely stay here again when visiting family.

Wonderful property-beautiful decor, great beds, excellent showers and well stocked kitchen. Bryan was an exceptional host. He had to come replace the fire detector and was there within 20 minutes. Would definitely come back to Texas Roots again!!!! One suggestion, it would be helpful if you put mirrors in the second and third bedrooms?

Perfect Place!

This home was perfect! Very warm, comfortable and inviting. The house is very nicely decorated, updated and had everything we needed. The yard is well taken care of and the backyard was a nice retreat. The host was very kind and easy to work with. Will definitely come back to stay here again!

A Five-Star Gem: A Home Away from Home with Friendly Hosts and Fun Surprises!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful home! From the moment we stepped in, we were blown away by its charm and warmth. The cleanliness was top-notch, which immediately put us at ease. It truly felt like a home away from home, as it included all the necessities we could think of and more. One of the highlights was definitely the well-stocked kitchen. It had everything we needed to whip up delicious meals, and then some! The attention to detail in ensuring guests have everything they might require is truly commendable. But perhaps the cherry on top was the arcade Ninja Turtle game! What a delightful surprise and a great addition to the entertainment options available. It brought out the inner child in all of us and added an extra layer of fun to our stay. Location-wise, this home couldn't have been more perfect. Situated right in the heart of the city, we were within easy reach of all the attractions and amenities we wanted to explore. Yet, despite its central location, it still managed to provide a peaceful retreat whenever we needed some downtime. Furthermore, the host was incredibly friendly and had great communication throughout our stay. They were always available to answer any questions we had and made us feel incredibly welcome. Overall, our experience exceeded all expectations, and we would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and downright enjoyable stay. Texas Roots is the place to stay in McKinney

Really impressed with this place, all the pics and details matched to a tee. Updated, very clean, well decorated with Texas themes, beds were comfortable, BBQ was clean and able to use. We had our grandkids come stay for a couple days and of course they loved the Ninja Turtle game, but also the other games available, made some great memories. We were able to utilize the garage to park the car during the thunderstorm. Bryan was a great host and we will be back again, highly recommend!

FANTASTIC

This is perhaps the best VRBO property we have ever stayed in. It is so warm and welcoming. We appreciated all the small touches - cute decor, games, facial tissues (I can't believe how many places don't supply these), and the big touches - comfortable furniture in the living room, comfortable beds and nice linens, a large, sturdy dining table, has fireplace and the list goes on. The location and neighborhood are fantastic and we were thankful to have a garage since it was raining when we arrived and unloaded. Owners were very responsive when we ran out of dishwasher pods and delivered them promptly. Check out duties were minimal, saving us much time when we left at 5am for our long drive home. We visit McKinney once or twice every year to see family and this will be our first choice for lodging when we return. We just can't say enough about how much we enjoyed this home!

Immaculate!

I have stayed in many VRBOs and this was the cleanest one I've ever stayed in! The home has a great layout, everything is new and it is decorated so nicely. We had zero problems. It is located in a nice, safe neighborhood close to major roads, shopping and eating places. The beds and linens were very comfortable, and I am super picky! The kitchen was very well equipped and had basics like salt and pepper and cooking spray along with laundry soap/dish soap/dishwasher soap. Bryan responded immediately every time I contacted him and was very accommodating when we needed some flexibility with check-in time and staying additional days. We will definitely stay here every time we return to Dallas. It could not have been a better experience. Thank you, Bryan! :)
