The hotel grounds and rooms are absolutely beautiful, but the hotel was understaffed. We wanted to go into the restaurant around 8:30, which was supposed to be open until 10:30 pm and there was literally no one there. We waited 5 minutes and no one came to seat or serve us so we left and had to go find dinner elsewhere.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. You are right to expect better service from us, and we are disappointed to learn that you did not have a positive experience. All of your comments will be dealt with at a management level and relayed back to the hotel team. You deserve much better as a guest of our hotel, and we hope that you will give us another chance to demonstrate the high level of service we normally provide.

Staying here was great. It was nice, the rooms were spacious, it was clean. I would definitely stay here again.
