The room was very dirty we even found dirty towels when we called the receptionist they said all they can do is bring new towels we asked if they could switch us rooms and they said all they can do is send someone to clean would not recommend to anyone

The Westin Galleria is probably one of the nicest Westins anywhere and has a great location within the Galleria mall, making it convenient to shopping, dining, etc. The staff was impeccable!

Excellent stay

This room was convenient because we were doing a big shopping trip and were so glad we stayed there. We ate dinner across the street at Joey Uptown and it was phenomenal. We were pleased with the double room with king sized beds. Quality bedding and an actual thick blanket at the end of the bed, nice pillows one soft and one medium. Towels and bathroom were great. Room was very spacious. We didn’t go for the pool but it was not fancy.
