Odd situation

Was staying there one night for a half way trip break after broken hip surgery So there was some sort of emergency in the morning that left us to walk all around the hotel a few times which defeated my break No one said what happened (numerous police vehicles) no one asking if we needed assistance getting back and forth or carrying anything. Actually not many staff available at all. Just left key at desk Restaurant nice. But overall disappointed on how the issue was handled which would make me very leery of staying there again

Bed comfort and overall room appearance was excellent. Breakfast was fair, with eggs that did not look freshly made and would have preferred English muffins as an alternative to white bread or bagels. Also, more fresh fruit (instead of the few oranges on offering). Likewise, parking was limited. And some noticeable road noise in the early am. That being said, overall, the stay was good value for the money.

The staff was very helpful and nice. Could use a hook behind bathroom door to hang clothing. Although breakfast was good, the coffee could be better!

The hotel is an older one but still nice. The staff was so helpful and very nice. We chose the hotel for its outdoor pool area. The pool could use new lounge chairs, the ones there are dry rotting and not sturdy. The rooms were useable but a little outdated. We did switch our room because the first room smelled pretty musty. The staff was awesome and showed us two other rooms, we went with one that didn’t smell. We enjoyed our stay and works go stay again.

Great place for family staff is so friendly and accommodating the minute you check in Diane was at the desk just so inviting and welcoming …we were looking for a family gathering ite for the holidays I think we definitely found it!!

Room 109 on 1st floor of tower needs furniture updated. Bed mattress was shaped like a bowl. Needs to be replaced. Toilet won’t flush fully unless handle is held down for entire flush. Complained about it but they couldn’t fix it. Outdoor furnishings by pool need to be wiped down daily. Cleaning people doing room were excellent.
