Not Pleased
Publié le 19 mars 2024 sur HotelsThe room was not cleaned properly. Crumbs on floor. Spots on carpet. Spots on couch. The plastic molding on the wall, close to floor was off the wall and laying on the bathroom floor. House keeping wasn’t performed during the stay and no fresh towels were brought to the room. Neighbors were extremely loud. The front desk staff was rude on night 2.

It was I few miner things that could be improved. The tussie rake was broken, the walls was a little dirty looks like someone had wasted something on them. And if we need a small vacuum we can get to it to keep the carpet clean. And thing else me and the kids had a great time there and will be coming back. Thank you
