Zero and I mean zero hot water at all and refusal to attempt any assistance

Looks to be an older hotel that had a quality upgrade to freshen it up. The only way I could tell is the dresser, TV stand was more worn than other furniture in the room. Looked hard and heavy to move…lol. That being said they did an excellent quality upgrade and really enjoyed our stay. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly.

A very nice clean property and room. Desk clerk was very hospitable and informative. Property was very convenient to many amenities.
