I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Inn. Easy access from the freeway. Staff were all unusually friendly. Good breakfast selection. I loved the soft pillows and the smooth sheets. Air conditioner was perfect for keeping the room at the temperature I liked. '

I have stayed here many times and the experience always get better. The staff is SUPER friendly. Every single staff member that i came in contact with was outgoing and personable and genuine. They all seemed to really enjoy their jobs. Whoever hires for this location, GREAT JOB!

Poorly Communicated

Very convenient location. Nice staff. Room was decent in size. Updates are needed. Stayed fir the weekend and my room was never touched. No one entered to empty trash, replenish towels, soap, or to just check and service the room. When asked why, I was told i needed to request the services because they were still operating on Covid protocols. Disappointed because this wasn't communicated and neither is it posted during booking.

We were traveling to the villages from Texas. We had a balcony overlooking the bay. Would definitely stop here again.

The amenities such as complementary soap, shampoo, lotion, even a shower cap were better at the Comfort Inn we stayed at the night before for half the price. The breakfast was comparable also. I doubt I will ever pay to stay at a Hampton Inn again.
