Mauvais état, sale et cafards

Hôtel qui commence à se dégrader. Chambre sale et cafards. Peu de choix au breakfast.

Trés bon hotel d'étape

Avons apprécié cet hotel lors de notre étape d'Orlando à New orléans. Accueil agréable,chambre grande et propre. Petit piscine et jacuzzi agréable.

I didn’t stay here. And when i tried to get it corrected they just gave me the run around and regurgitated policy like i wasn’t a person.

I apologize for the inconvenience. I looked at your reservation. I see that you had called a week after your check-in date to cancel. Hotel policy to cancel is by 6pm the day of check-in.

We arrived early coming from our cruise. The front desk person was so put out that we were early and she kept repeating that they just cleaned the lobby and we couldn’t stay in there. She wanted us to take our two children and all of our luggage and walk somewhere for breakfast and come back later. She then proceeded to say if we were to check in early, there would be a fee which we said we did not mind . Our room is on the second floor and the door does not automatically close behind you. You have to make sure when you enter or leave that you physically shut the door so it locks. The overnight front desk person was amazing and very helpful.

It sounds like you had a mixed experience with the hotel staff. It's unfortunate that the front desk person during check-in was not accommodating and made you feel unwelcome when you arrived early. However, it's great to hear that the overnight front desk person provided excellent service and was helpful during your stay.Regarding the issue with the door not automatically closing behind you, it's definitely a concern for safety and security. It's good that you brought it up to the overnight staff, and hopefully, they can address the issue to ensure the safety of all guests.Overall, while there were some issues with the initial check-in experience, it's positive that the overnight staff made up for it with their helpfulness and professionalism. It might be worth providing feedback to the hotel management about your experience so they can address any issues and improve their service for future guests.
