Arrived and was out in cheaper room after already pre paying and booking superior room. They took me to the room but never mentioned the pool was lot operational. Then after my 21 hour flight from US they failed to mention, no water! It trickled out of the sink and no shower at all. Certainly they were aware when they checked me in. WARNING to all on this one…
