We arrived early by 12 can’t check in until 230 pm. Went to the restroom lobby , buckets at the entrance for leaky ceiling, dangerous for falling . They advertised in the bathroom they can supply for toothpaste & brush if you forgot to bring one , a misleading advertisement . Requested x3 at the receptionist, they said they don’t have any, I have to buy it from the store which is 2 Miles away from the hotel by walking. On our 3rd day of stay they did not clean the room & did not replace the towels, maybe because we are checking out the following day .

Van stolen from car park

Staff were friendly and efficient, room was fine but no aircon . Slept perfectly ok and very quiet hotel. However I did have my van stolen from car park so contractors beware

Everything was ok but I think the parking charge was just too much. The parking charge is a turned off for me except if it was expedia that was charging extra £10.00 which is absolutely ridiculous my invoice says £62.00 but £72.00 was taken from my account.
