Graveline Bay Waterfront! Boat Friendly! - Screamin' Peace

Screamin' Peace enjoys beautifully scenic views of Graveline Bay, with much of the backyard decked over for an enjoyable and convenient waterfront experience. The home is in a wooded part of the island on a secluded bayfront street that really provides that quiet dauphin island experience that is so sought after.

The home, built in 1995, has a mix of warm wood accents throughout, including a beautiful butcher block kitchen counter. It has a classic beach house style with tasteful furniture pieces throughout.

The master enjoys a direct view of Graveline Bay with a direct walk-out door to the covered porch. The wrap-around porch will provide spectacular reviews and room to spread out. There is a massive waterside deck as well. Swim, catch fish, set your crab traps, and bring your boat. This home is going to be unforgettable. It is close to everything on the island.

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is NOT pet friendly.
10. Insurance policies do not allow the use of cargo lifts by guests.

Great Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Screamin Peace. Loved the location on the water. We enjoyed the birds and relaxing on the the porch. The bed was good and we had access to all amenities that we needed. Thank you for a wonderful getaway! We will be back!

Lovely Property

We loved the property! Great location, we walked to dinner 2 nights to restaurants across the street. The view on the back porch was amazing. We watched planes come in and take off. The furniture on the back porch was so comfortable. Beds were comfortable and house was well-kept and stocked with basic essentials for the kitchen and bathroom. The walk to the beach was very short. There was a long walk on the pier and across the sand to get to the beach. The temps were cooler so it was perfect for us, but would probably be a hard during the heat of the summer. Check-in process was simple, we received the code promptly at 3 pm on the guest portal. The cleaning crew was there when we arrived so we did have to wait a bit, but they were running late due to it being spring break week. It did seem like some areas the cleaners just sprayed and didn't even wipe down, but overall the house was clean. My only complaint really would be the fridge smelled like bleach so much. We would definitely recommend and hope to return in the future.
