Publié le 25 févr. 2024 sur HotelsThe hotel isn't ideal for a family staying for 3 nights. The elevator wasn't working so we had to carry our luggage up to the third floor. Service was bad as the staff didn't offer to help us. We have parents in their 70s so this was especially poor. The door to one of our rooms wouldn't lock properly and we were able to push it open from the outside. No storage space was provided in the rooms other than a couple of hangers on the wall for clothes. We requested towels as there weren't any in our rooms, but these were left for us in the stairwell when we returned after a day out soon after 10pm. The reception wasn't staffed at this time so concerns and issues couldn't be discussed. We didn't feel safe here so we decided to check out of the hotel with the night security and spoke to the manager the following day. Unable to get a refund.

I love that the towels smelt very fresh and clean. Night receptionist very friendly and great smile with great understanding. However, two suggestions bathroom tiles needs regrouting and mattress needs changing just an upgrade. Overall, thank you always see again

never cleaned the room one towel for 2 people..no hot water..no staff at night
