We figured we would pay a little more for the room in order to be able to use the pool during our stay and have the breakfast included. Well, pool was "out of order" as apparently the heater broke..... as for breakfast... what a joke... you had 10 slices of old bread, two types of cereal, some milk, and a waffle maker.... the orange and apple juice that was in the machine was disgusting.. honnestly, how on earth can you call this a breakfast? I told the clerk and the only reply she had was "well i put out what they tell me to put out". When i asked if i can speak to the manager, she told me she wasnt in. Honnestly, i realise this is not a fancy 5 star hotel, but if you are going to advertise your pool and breakfast... make sure you have them! Pay a few extra dollars and go elsewhere.

Hi, Thank you for your review. Unfortunately maintenance issues arise at the most inconvenient times. I do apologize for the experience you had while staying with us. We do offer more variety of a breakfast than just the items you listed. We would hope to see you again in your future travels.

Well our stay was decent, until we got to our room. We entered the room and got induced with a god awful stench of cigarette smoke. Which is funny because there was a no smoking policy. Next we wanted to take a shower. It was a terrible experience. Why you may ask? Well the shower head had a Terrible calcium buildup, the water pressure was very skimpy, very weak I may say. We were greeted by only one shower towel as a family of three, this shall not stand. One other large issue is the wretched AC unit, It sounded like an opening door every 30 minutes which was very concerning because with thought we were going to get murdered in our sleep every thirty minutes.we also learned that safety is not their number one priority for their guests because, they cheaped out on the door locks. There was only one way to lock the door instead of two. Don’t even get me started on the rock solid beds with thin/scratchy sheets. And the Their breakfast as well very disappointing hosting us with only waffles and very cheap donut holes. For being apart of the whyndham name, I think Wyndham made a poor choice investing in this rancid hotel and needs to reconsider their endorsement to such a disgusting establishment. Do better in the future if not for the families that stay in your care do it for the prestigious name of whyndam.
