Waterfalls is a picturesque Moroccan style villa conveniently located halfway between Daylesford & Hepburn Springs. Set on just under an acre of gorgeous Australian bushland, Waterfalls offers guests a secluded private retreat with indoor spa just minutes from the heart of town.



The Space:

The two bedrooms at Waterfalls each feature queen beds, the master with spa ensuite and TV. The second shared bathroom has a large walk-in shower and additional separate toilet. The living space offers country views with the comfort of split system heating/cooling and gas log fire, perfect for those cozy nights as you watch a movie on the large smart TV. Through to the fully equipped kitchen guests will enjoy the convenience of a coffee pod machine, dishwasher, gas stove top and oven. Outside there are multiple entertaining areas as well as ponds, water feature waterfalls and little nooks to enjoy a coffee, wine or book on those clear days. Waterfalls is the perfect affordable country retreat for small groups or couples.



The Neighborhood:

Daylesford and surrounding region has long been considered a special place of healing, relaxation and indulgence. Nestled at the foothills of the Great Dividing Range, the region is most famously known for its natural mineral springs and is home to some of the best restaurants, cafe’s, galleries, wineries and distilleries regional Victoria has to offer. Located just under an hour and a half from Melbourne, the region is home to some of Australia’s most spectacular natural landscapes brimming with native flora and fauna. Getting Around:

There is a limited bus service operating between our beautiful towns. The PTV website will provide the most up to date schedule/timetable. There is a taxi and maxi-taxi local service which can be contacted. Unfortunately Uber has not quite reached us yet.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: We are now in the Fire Danger Period, which may begin as early as October and extend through to May, depending on conditions. CFA restrictions are in force, and no open flames are permitted at any time. This includes fire pits, wood-burning fireplaces, and any internal or external fires—these are strictly not allowed and form a firm house rule. All properties are equipped with safe alternative heating options for your comfort, and during this period we do not supply wood or kindling. Significant fines apply for breaching fire safety laws, so please take care and help protect yourself, our community, and this beautiful region.
