this will be my last day at any hard rock facility. I'm an international member for 15 years. You are fired pathetic service empty facility stuck in a corner no visibility of the beautiful ocean as planned for one simple evening I was denied Expedia rocks and the hard rock is absolutely so disappointing as I said my last day ever good riddance

I had called ahead to let them know that I would be doing a late check in. When I got their valet was a mess was in the street waiting for them to move the car and when I pulled up had to direct them in pulling in another car so they wouldn’t hit mine. Then when I went k the room it was hot has to wait for the ac tech to move and reset the ac twice. It was not a good experience.

This was an amazing hotel with a great hot tub and wonderful heated pool. The room was extremely clean and the stay entirely comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.
