Owned and maintained by local residents.

**Our building is currently undergoing upgrades and repairs from the milestone report. The pool is closed and being repaired. Beach access is currently around the side of the building. However, our condo is very nice. Who wants to stay inside when the beach is calling your name! **

Welcome to our Beachfront Suite with amazing ocean views in Daytona Beach, FL all just short distances away from the amazing Daytona International Speedway, Daytona Beach Boardwalk and Pier, Tanger Outlet Mall, bars and restaurants and dozens of outdoor nature activities like the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse and the Aquarium!

Rest and relax in our cozy beach-front studio condo. You can view the sunrise while drinking your coffee in our comfy composite outdoor bar stool Adirondack chairs. Enjoy the complimentary beach chairs, cooler, boogie boards, umbrella, toys and more while you’re at the beach.

Relax and unwind in an open living space with comfortable leather sofa that converts to a small bed, if needed. A large flat screen TV with DirecTV stream to keep everyone entertained.
* A table will fold-out leaf for eating.
* Private AT&T high-speed internet. (Not the lower-quality/speed public wifi!)

The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you would need to cook up all your favorite meals including a microwave, toaster and a spacious fridge/freezer.
You’ll have access to quality cookware, dinnerware, and utensils along with a coffee maker to get your day started right and all the cooking essentials you would need right at your fingertips.

This was perfect for our visit to Daytona. The place was very warm, inviting, and clean! The porch overlooked the ocean! I enjoyed watching the sunrise with my coffee and listening to the waves. The bathroom was spacious and very clean. There were beach necessities in the closet for you to use if you were planning to go to the beach. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need if you wanted to cook a meal instead of going out. The property itself was undergoing repairs due to previous hurricanes, but the repair noise was minimal. The lobby was clean and the elevator was a big help. I felt safe walking around the grounds. They also had a cute welcome basket with treats waiting for us on the dinette table. That added touch made me smile! I will gladly stay here in the future, and will recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you again for your hospitality!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this 5th floor unit with amazing oceanfront view. The host Mark very good with timely communication, in addition to recommending things to do/places to go/eat. No surprises and no issues at all with anything during our stay. Easy access to unit and beachfront, no noise (other than the beautiful surf) and very secure facility. Sunrises exceptional views from unit balcony! Sunsets are viewable from open walkway by unit #514 and above. Or drive over the causeway to the viewing park about 1/2 mile (right side). If you are lucky (like we were) you can see Cape Canaveral rocket launch from balcony. We got to see a night launch and it was stunning. Great local eateries and laid back vibes in this community, which is just what we were looking for on this trip.

We had a wonderful time here! The apartment is lovely, incredibly clean, and what a view! Excellent location as well, very close to several shops, restaurants and the boardwalk. Be sure to check out Jimmy Hula's right down the street. The hosts were also incredibly gracious and very communicative. We hope to stay here again in the future

Our stay way amazing with a beautiful view on the beach. Mark and Dianna made sure we were stocked up on ice and we were welcomed with a basket of goodies. We really enjoyed our mini vacation. Location was perfect. Checking in and out was a smooth process.
