Our room was noisy (the window did not seal so all the road noise came right in). The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall, the bed skirts had spill stains on them, and the pillows were horrible.

Had to valet park our car 1/2 mile away even though the hotel seemed to be half empty. Casino with noisy video gaming machines all over the lobby was annoying. Room service was not available even though there was a room service menu in the room.

As someone who has never been to Deadwood before it was super confusing to find a parking area for check in...valet is available, but with the other cars in front signs were hard to see. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay.
