Cottage was cute. Food was terrible at restaurant. Eat before you come. Nowhere else around there to eat. Loved the outdoor pool. Loved the historical monuments documenting Borax mining. Only 1 other place in area to stay. Don’t miss Zabinski Point at sunset!!!

We had a standard room on the first floor. Seemed a bit outdated and was missing rocking chairs in patio and fridge didn’t work very well. Bugs in the bathriom

My stay was very disappointing due to serious issues at check-in and billing. The front desk staff was clearly not well trained — the process was slow and confusing. Although I had already paid online in advance, I was charged again upon arrival. Even worse, after check-out I continued to see additional charges without any explanation or invoice. No email or receipt was provided to clarify the details of these charges. This lack of professionalism and transparency is unacceptable. I strongly suggest the hotel provide better staff training and ensure their billing system is reliable. At the very least, guests should receive a clear breakdown of charges whenever a payment is made.

We stayed in the cottages and it was a wonderful choice. Each cottage has a living room, a bath with a large tiled shower and a bedroom. The A/C worked quietly and well- a necessity when the temp is over 100. Plus it was very quiet at night which I appreciated. There was a large spring-fed swimming pool that was great for cooling off. The restaurants on site are good and convenient although a little pricey. It was great having a home base within the park.

Dark cramped overpriced cottages.

Awefully dark, cramped, and dated cottages. Not at all value for money. The rooms are poorly laid out and the pull out bed in the lounge is so uncomfortable. I would not stay at this property again.

It was second time we stayed at this hotel. Both time we had issues. First time we were reprimanded that we complained the other guests were smoking on the balcony. It turned out we were right since this is a smoke free hotel and they can smoke 30 feet from the property, not on the balcony. Hotel staff on the reception did not even apologize. This time the room had water coming out from the floor. We were advised to change rooms. Second room had not been vacuumed, the carpet in the living room had visible leftovers of food or dirt from shoes. The phone did not work and TV did not work in both rooms at all. Disappointed. The only good thing is the location, so the hotel takes advantage of that.
