15 Minutes - Let's give folks some grace
Publié le 11 mars 2024 sur HotelsI needed just 15 minutes extra to get my kids showered after swimming. 15. The woman at the front desk would not give it to me. When we left right on time, the housekeeping staff was no where near our room. They were busy working elsewhere. It would have been so easy to give me that grace. Nope. She wouldn't budge. Next time we're in Decorah, we'll be staying across the street at the Fairfield. Marriott has never turned me down for such a request.

Great for families
Publié le 4 mars 2024 sur HotelsThe pool area was nice for families. There's a table near a window to the pool area. We were able to have food and watch the kids swim through the window. The staff working during our stay were amazingly friendly. The breakfast was good. Typical hotel breakfast. The make-your-own waffles are delicious.
