The only contact I had with the host was to request info on how to get into the house. I did not receive that info from VRBO, which I thought was strange.Such a cute little place, it reminds me a lot of my great aunt and uncle's house. Built in two stages. Loved it. Cozy cottage

Our stay was s long one and this became home for several months. I called it a haven. Any texts explaining needs were responded to immediately and issues were resolved. Our stay was during the brunt of winter weather, but we were always warm and cozy and safe.

The house was very clean and comfortable. They had two very nice living room chairs that could be heated and vibrated. At first it seemed like a lot of turns to get to the house but once familiar it was simple. The neighborhood was quiet. Tracy communicated well.

The house was very clean. That said, when I first walked in there was a distinct "musty" smell like an old house. I realize the house is old and has been cosmetically kept up well. It did not have A/C as listed. There was a portable, window type unit in the corner that was not installed. Owner was very responsive.
