Not at all as described or shown at Expedia

Wi Fi or internet was advertised but it was not available at all. There were insects and cockroaches in the room and bathroom.

Not what I expected.

I chose this hotel as Google Maps showed it close to my business location. It is not where Google shows it is, rather on a very busy dual carriageway - very noisy with no double glazing. Really the price reflects that it is just one step up from a backpackers hostel, but the staff were friendly, food was OK. However, I found a much better hotel round the corner for not much more and moved across.

Not a good experience.

This hotel wasnt a good experience. First he charged me a lot of money for a poor quality room. The room was smelly, and the bed sheets were very old and unclean. The bathroom had a water heater which was taking a long time to heat up the water. The internet was down for most part and after complaining several times they finally fixed it. The location of this hotel is good if you have things to finish near Nehru Place. It was worth 1200 Rs, but I was charged 2700 Rs for the stay. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. What looks in the picture, and what comes in reality is quite different. Next day, I found that this hotel was available at Hotel . com for about 1400 Rs. I booked it by Hotel . com upon which he gave me another room, but soon after the hotel manager told me that they actually did not have rooms at all, and that the rooms were booked for someone else. This was the worst hotel experience I ever had In New Delhi. The same day, I packed my bag and moved to a hotel next door which was really good. Then I stayed in that hotel for 2 days.

Peace full place witou any intervention in trip

First things first.. Hotel staff is really helpful n kind.. Room was okay..no too good not too bad.. Near to kailash coloney metro station so no transportation issues at all.. Food is also good...infact it is good from most of the hotels on street..bit higher in price though..

This was horrible. Dirty Room, Bad/Rude Room Service and Reception. The pictures above are nothing like what you will observe there.

No water in the bathroom

I have booked Hotel Atithi New Delhi, using Expedia and yesterday, I checked-in the hotel around 5:30 PM and slept for 2-3 hours. After waking up around 9PM, I have noticed there was no water in the Bathroom taps, shank, toilet flush etc. I reported the same to the Reception and hotel staff but they assured me that this is because of empty Water tank overhead and will switch on the motor now. I slept in the same after their assurance as I need to attend urgent VISA interview at Sharp 8 and have a cab booking at 6:15AM from the hotel. I wake up at 5 AM today morning and found no water again in the bathroom and I called Reception, office staff again and all of them and roaming up/down for the problem and 30 minutes have been passed but still there was no resolution as there may be some fault at the water tank overhead and no water is being supplied to the room's bathroom. Because I am getting late and early VISA interview, I myself picked up the water from the kitchen by filling bottles, small tub etc and had brush and bath using this small amount of water. I checkedout from the hotel around 6:30 Am early morning today. It was really a very bad experience for me today and there was no water in the room's bathroom. Now you're observe how a person can live in a room without water and it was a bad experience with me today. I also marked bad feedback to the hotel staff and I do not recommend expedia to anyone now because of this first and last bad experience
