Hôtel confortable
Publié le 26 mars 2019 sur HotelsHôtel très confortable mais l’air ambiant dans la chambre était moite et au niveau du restaurant si le buffet était important et varié, celui-ci était de qualité moyenne. Situation très pratique à côté de l’aéroport et du métro mais loin du centre ville.

Très bon hôtel à coté de l'aéroport. Chambre et salle de bain impeccables Ce qui nous a conquis c'était la literie super confortable !! Nous avons bien mangé au buffet du restaurant, très varié et d'excellente qualité. Par contre, nous n'avons pas apprécié 2 choses : 1) le personnel de la piscine tout le temps au téléphone (nous avons attendu beaucoup de temps pour qu'il se digne de venir vers nous et nous donner les serviettes) ; 2) le personnel a refusé de fournir une deuxième clé à mon copain pour utiliser l'ascenseur quand il est rentré de la salle de sport alors que j'étais déjà dans la chambre et donc j'avais ma clé. Dommage pour un 5 étoiles ...

Overnight stay to get a flight in the morning.

Check-in was cumbersome as I had to explain what all I had added extras to my booking . Perhaps gap in communication between Expedia/Hotels.com to the Hotel Reception.
Had booked buffet dinner which was great and I would recommend eveyone to book this during their stay. A small hitch was finding a housefly sitting on a lovely pastry which was promptly removed by staff when we alerted them.
Breakfast was standard with various options a must addition if you are taking an early morning flight .
Conceirge service was flawless both delivery of our bags to room.and back out to the car for transfer to airport.
There is a airport tra sfer included in your booking but make sure you promt the reception staff as sometime this could be missed.
Overall bathroom in room needs a bit of cleaning but room was fine with comfortable beds and linens.

This was the worst 5 star hotel I have been to. It feels more like a cheap 4 star. The mirrors were rusted. The bed linen was dirty. Even after asking them to change the bed linen they said they did but actually they did not. It is absolutely not worth the price. Better to stay at a good 4 star. The staff were also not warm.
