Il faut arrêter de mettre des commentaires sur expédia ou TA pour faire plaisir à l'hôtelier... Cet Hotel en RENOVATION ne correspond en rien à un 3 étoiles ... Équipements vétustes et surtout très sale et hyper bruyant... Fuyez fuyez

Comfortable and value for money

We used this hotel at least 3 times in last 4-5 years. This was a convenient location for our personal needs. The locality is residential. The road is busy during the day and noisy. Rooms on the rear side face a garden, very quiet. The staff were helpful and service is good. food is good too. Beds are comfortable and rooms that we stayed are spacious. Overall, it is value for money. It is neither too expensive nor overpriced. The closest landmark is Gurudwara in Taimur nagar.

Hotel is very clean and staff was very prompt in their response. Check-in & check-out was very smooth. Overall, my stay was very comfortable and I liked this hotel and its location.

2 night stay in a decent hotel

We did a quick stopover of 2 nights in Delhi and I wanted to stay in a area that would be calmer rather than an area more central. I learned that there are no calm areas. The hotel was a good hotel. Service was good. Cleanliness could have been better the showers were a bit mouldy, and there was the constant smell of smoke in the corridors which gave me a headache. The area outside is nothing special but it is authentic Delhi if anything. Its busy and smells. I would nonetheless recommend staying at this hotel. Good value for money and friendly staff. Uber cabs arrive quickly to take you to other areas of delhi and as it is further south rather then very central, easier to get to Agra.

About restaurant service

Restaurant service is pathetic. No one takes the order properly and they take lot of time to make the service. The waiters attitude is very bad. Even if we ask them to get something, they do not respond properly. They have to improve a lot in the house keeping as well. The restaurant stinks. The smell causes nausea. When we were checking out, no one came to help us to transfer the luggage to lobby. Overall lot of improvements are required.

Very miserly hotel

i booked the hotel for my guest 4 people, paid deposit 22,264Rs on behalf of guest after booking. Guests has paid by theirselves when check out. After that I required refund the deposit, but hotel didn't refund. I asked the hotel to refund again and again, they kept deposit for a month. I ask office staff to go negotiation, after that the hotel refund the deposit. But, they didn't refund all amount, 21,524Rs only, offset transaction fee 740Rs. Generally, hotel should bear such charge. Very bad behavior, no more book such a poor service hotel!
