For shared use: large, beautiful garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool (30 x 10 m, depth 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Children's pool, outdoor shower, hot tub. Supermarket, restaurant, bar 50 m, bus stop 800 m, railway station 2 km, ferry 2 km, sandy beach 800 m. Sports harbour 1 km, surf school 1 km, sailing school 1 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
