excellent small villa

We rented villa Juan Miguel during the autumn vacation. The house is exactly as described and displayed on this site. Our stay was very nice. Everything is very neat, clean, modern and works well. We still had lovely beach weather in late October. The proximity to the beach is a plus point (150 meters from the seawater). The outdoor shower with warm water is delicious. Patricia, the owner of the house, gave us a warm welcome. If necessary, she was easily accessible. She speaks excellent English. In addition to the beach is the supermarket, the bakery, and its several restaurants within walking distance. The city center is also accessible by walking (15 minutes). This house is the best house we have rented for the last 7 years. Hence the 5 stars. There are some small comments. The living space is small plm 50 m2 (but the outdoor space is fine), the parking space is tight and the double bed is tight (plm 135cm). The mattresses are fine too!

Einmal Denia immer wieder Denia.

Das Objekt war sehr ordentlich und sauber und entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Die Einrichtung war zweckmäßig und für einen erholsamen Urlaub alles vorhanden. Patricia ist sehr nett und spricht gut Deutsch. Bei evtl.Problemen hilft sie sofort. Danke für die gute Zeit. Andrea und Reinhold

superbe location

la maison est d'une propreté remarquable,très agréable et très bien équipée. tout est à proximité, la plage, les commerces et les restaurants bien que ce ne soit pas au centre de Denia.(15 minutes à pied ) cest endroit idéal pour se reposer et visiter la région. Patricia est prévenante et tres disponible.Vacances réussies!
