This top maintained villa will inspire you. No matter if you want to rent it with your partner or with the whole family, you will be enthusiastic about the condition and the location. The ground floor has a living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. From the living room you can access a very large terrace with pool view. This terrace is converted into a beautiful glass conservatory. In the basement there is a complete flat, living room with kitchen, shower room and a bedroom. A technical room with laundry facilities and a cellar complete the offer. Outside there is an outdoor kitchen, an outdoor shower, a gas-BBQ and a carport. A super offer that is currently hard to find on the market.

Location
Quiet sunny residential area close to the city in Sta. Lucia. The property is located in a dead end street. No through traffic. From the living room you have a beautiful view to the Montgo.

Wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles war sauber, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, gute und leise Klimaanlagen, hochwertige Möbel, gepflegter Garten und sehr nette Kommunikation mit der Ferienhausvermierung.Nur das Bett war für unseren Geschmack zu hart und der Pool hätte etwas früher gereinigt werden können, aber das ist schon Meckern auf hohem Niveau. Da wir nur zu zweit waren und die Einliegerwohnung nicht genutzt haben, bezieht sich die Bewertung nur auf die Hauptwohnung.Wir würden sofort nochmal buchen!

Great house in a quit neighborhood

Lovely house with all the luxury you need for the holiday. The pool is spacious and we loved the outdoor shower. The house is luxurious and has everything we needed, the appartment downstairs with kitchen, coffee machine and bathroom was very convenient. And close to the nice beaches.We will come back
