This four bedroom home is on one of the most sought after streets in Dennisport! Only a short 500 foot walk to a private association beach. Large rear yard perfect for lawn games. The front entry porch with sofa, table and chairs is a great spot to relax or play cards and board games. If you are not a beach person you can still soak up the rays from the second floor balcony sitting area or just unwind after a day at the beach. Swan river fish market and restaurant is right down the street and is a perfect spot for casual dining along the river and overlooking scenic Nantucket sound. Crabbing off the bridge is an activity kids of all ages can experience. Don't miss the chance to view the resident osprey nesting at the rivers edge. AMAZING location, 2 min walk to a wonderful private beach, home was left so so clean and PLENTY of space for 3 rambunctious boys! Thank you for a wonderful week! Can’t wait to come back!
