The room was dirty and rundown. No curtains on the bedroom window, so in the AM the early sunlight woke you up by 6 am. Cords on the floor that connect the TV hanging and are connected to a power extension cord, which we tripped over a safety hazard. Found a water bottle under the bed by the nightstand. Carpet was not vacuumed when we checked in, water was dripping all night from the bathroom tub and we found a "roach" weed by the heating vent. Window blinds broken and there was not ocean view as shown online. I will be uploading photos on my account

Great location, nice sized room, beach beach beach. Kitchenette came in handy. Only issues; toilet would not flush. We would have to take the back off & use thongs to flush. We reported the issue, maintenance came, but the toilet was never resolved. The sofa sleeper needs to be replaced. Terribly uncomfortable. Bar staff was amazing. Housekeeping was daily. Front desk manager came off rude. When I reported the toilet issue - she wasn’t apologetic & made it seem like we broke the toilet - 3 adults, 2 kids & a broken toilet for 3 out of the 5 days unsanitary. Loose nails in the wood floor boards on bottom level hallway. Almost cut a toe. Property could use a little TLC & front desk a little customer service training.

I liked the location but not my room. We were on the first level and there was a second door in the back that the pad lock didn’t work which I didn’t realize u til at night when we were going to sleep and the office was already closed . Also there was a plunger right next to the toliet that we needed to use several times which tells me they are aware there was a possible plumbing issue but just put us in there anyways .

The good: location to beach, outdoor lounges & umbrellas and nice staff to assist, outdoor bar, pool, chairs and very clean. Kitchen clean and well equipped. The bad: carpet in room old and very musty smell, upholstered chair stained and smelly, decor dreary, other things rusty and dingy. Downstairs room with kids and adults running around above - too noisy. Overall paying for location. Rooms not so great.
