Cosy stay

It was a quick stay in Sanur but the highlight was this little hotel, it's has this nice cosy feeling in the middle of hotel and apto, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast altho not in the hotel (infront of the hotel) its really nice and tasty. The area is really not that good for activities and it's not really close to the beach, so thats the only downside. In this hotel you get the feeling to be in an island even when this part of Bali doesnt look to much like an island. We love it!

Mit Hotel 21, hatten wir ein - auf Bildern - sehr nett aussehendes Hotel gebucht. Bei unserer Ankunft mussten wir jedoch feststellen, dass das Hotel absolut nicht nett ist. Gebucht hatten wir ein Superior Zimmer mit Doppelbett. Bekommen haben wir ein Standart Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Ausgestattet war das Zimmer mit einer nicht funktionsfähigen Klimaanlage (Ideal bei 32 Grad Außentemperatur) und einer Schiebetür nach draußen, bei der immer ein Spalt offen stand und somit bereits diverse Insekten und Krabbeltiere im Zimmer waren. Auch der laute Straßenlärm kam wunderbar durch die offene Tür herein. Außerdem ist direkt neben dem Hotel eine Baustelle und das Zimmer roch unerträglich. Das Hotelpersonal war leider absolut unkooperativ und nicht daran interessiert uns zu helfen bzw. etwas an der Situation zu verändern. Aufgrund der Umstände sahen wir uns gezwungen direkt in ein anderes Hotel umzuziehen.

사누르 번화가에서 걸어서 30분거리라 한번만 걸어봤어요 올때는 택시비 2천원정도 나오는데 나갈때가 문제입니다. 택시가 잘 없어요... 그리고 사람 친절하고 방 컨디션 외적으로는 매우 좋아보여요 가격도 훌륭하구요 대신 화장실 하수구나 변기에서 엄청 역한 냄새 올라옵니다.. 미치는줄알았어요 3일간....심지어 욕조 물도 막혀서 안내려갑니다. 그리고 침대에서 제가 이틀간 개미랑 톡톡튀는게 벼룩인지 빈대인지 모르겠는데 직접 잡았어요.... 와이프는 한 방 물렸구요... 가성비 훌륭하다고 카페에서 보고 예약했는데 외관에 비해 실질적인 위생 청결관리가 미흡한거 같아서 추천드리지 않아요......접근성도 떨어지구요....

super kleines Hotel

super nettes und sauberes Hotel. in ca. 10 Min im Zentrum von Sanur mit dem Roller. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfsbereit. Unbedingt Essen von "Ulu" bestellen (Prawns mit Reis und Frühlingsrollen)
