Right on the beach. Great property. Would have liked to stay longer. Food was excellent. Service was impeccable. If we ever get to Bali again. This is where we'll be staying. Pool are is wonderful. Beach is perfect.

Beautifully designed hotel with friendly staff
Posted Jan. 22, 2024 on HotelsThe hotel design is really beautiful and very well thought out. The rooms are large and spacious and we loved the double sink in the bathroom and the little balcony. The pools are very nice, we particularly enjoyed the adults only at the property, much quieter. The ability to walk straight out onto the beach is ideal. The hotel's food choices are great, but there's also some fab places to eat a short walk from the hotel so some flexibility.

Check out process is a complete mess. Took over half an hour and everyone in the line was complaining about flights.
They were too busy checking in guests early (even though rooms weren’t ready), at the expense of checking out guests. Not all the desks were open, either.
Itemised invoice had many items we hadn’t signed for which we had to dispute.
Not a relaxing way to leave.

Tranquility in Bali
Posted Dec. 23, 2023 on HotelsBeautiful property. Perfect for relaxing beside one of the warm water pools and enjoying the tranquility of the location.
You pay a premium for all of the services such as organising transportation, the restaurant, the spa. Cheaper options are readily available by walking down the road or along the beachfront; but the quality of the services was high.
