Ils n'avaient pas reçu notre reservation. Ça été long. Ils nous ont placé à côté de l'escalier très bruyant et avec un chien c'est moins drôle car porté à grogner ou japer.

Smells!

We have stayed here before with no problems. This time, they put us in a room that smelled terribly of cat urine. When my husband mentioned it they just said "it can't". We had no wash cloths and when we came back the next day after being gone all day they had not cleaned or brought fresh towels. I had to ask 3 times before anyone brought towels and we NEVER did get any washcloths. The room seemed clean enough but the smell was unbearable and they didn't care.

They mention “deep soaking bathtub” in their amenities but I wouldn’t consider a standard bathtub “deep soaking”. Otherwise, the room was clean, comfortable and I slept very well. I would stay here again.
