Hello and thank you for your interest in our home! We have been super hosts on another platform for a while and now have expanded to VRBO!

Escape to Denver and watch the sunset with the whole family in a beautiful modern townhome on Jefferson Park. A five minute walk to Empower Field at Mile High Stadium. Featuring panoramic views of Downtown Denver, and a airy light home with windows on every wall. Relax with a 65” TV home theater and a 55” Nanotech TV in the entertainment room.

On Jefferson Park, and just a few minute walk to dining, light rail, breweries, and a 10 minute walk to Safeway.

The space
This listing is for the entire house. 3 story townhome with a patio out front, and a balcony off the master bedroom.

Let your worries float away in the wake while you relax inside the newly-remodeled living space. Warm up by the gas fireplace in the living room and catch up on your favorite Netflix Originals on the 65" Nanotech smart tv and surround speakers.

Refuel friends with a hearty home-cooked meal each evening. The kitchen is fully equipped with updated appliances and granite countertops to assist in both complex meals and simple mac n' cheese. Complete with an air fryer.

Take a bottle of wine to the rooftop patio with outdoor fire pit as the evening comes to a close. A warm fire, a lovely red, and another unbeatable sunset over downtown make for the perfect finale to another wonderful day in Denver.

When you're ready to retire to bed, retreat inside for peaceful slumbers on a queen bed in the master bedroom with mounted tv, or in the guest room with another queen and deep bathtub.

This is a pet friendly townhome. If you would like to bring your pet, please contact me ahead of time. There is a normal pet fee that is dependent on breed and size max $250 per stay.

The home is cleaned regularly and before and after every stay, but please note this is pet friendly in case you have severe animal allergies.

Guests may request early check-in or late check out via app after booking. Fees are as follows:
Noon check in- $50 fee starting
Before noon- half day rate
Late check-out- $50 for 3pm checkout or half day rate for 7pm.

Requests are subject to availability and must be confirmed at least 24 hours before arrival.

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and checkout at Noon.

Please no parties and no more than 10 people at a time on premise.

Perfect place to stay near downtown Denver. The property itself was very clean and well stocked. Good location and nice views of the city from the balcony. Owners were quick to respond and very helpful.

Great Location & Host

From initial booking to checking in we had a great experience. Communication was great from the host both from what to expect to any questions we had about the property/area. I would certainly recommend this unit. The bedrooms are more set up for couples, but there are large couches and air mattresses available as well

Great Location!

Stayed here for a weekend getaway in Denver. Couldn't have asked for a better place and location. Close to Jefferson park and Mile high and great restaurants nearby. It was everything we needed for the weekend. Check in was a breeze and communication with host was easy as we had a few parking questions since there was an event at the Stadium.

Great location

We came for a Bronco's game at Empower Field. A quick 10 minute walk. Great location and clean. The host was super quick to respond to all my questions. Only downfall is only street parking, read the signs! They do have a permit you can use for game day.

Prime Location

We were attending a game at Mile High Stadium and could not ask for a better location! Host is extremely responsive and accommodating. The condo is very stocked, we felt right at home. We really enjoyed our time in the neighborhood too. We ate at many of the local places and didn’t have a bad meal. Neighborhood also felt extremely safe. Would definitely recommend!

Bronco’s are your neighbor

My family and I had a awesome time while staying at Jordan’s home. It’s perfect if you want to walk to Mole High stadium. Jordan is a great host and answered questions we had. This is my 2nd time staying and will always be my go to!

Everything was good except for the refrigerator had food in freezer and stuff left on refrigerator side. Clothes in the closets and no place to put stuff. It was like they left for us to stay.

Stones Concert

This was exactly what we needed. We parked our car and never drove it all weekend. Walked to Sloans Lake and to Jeff Park...walked to the concert and back and enjoyed the apt, sitting on the rooftop terrace. Our host was very responsive, a fantastic experience!

We arrived and the place was very clean, slept like a baby! Centrally located so we were able to walk downtown and see sights! We went to the Supercross saturday night and woke up sunday to leave and had a $75 ticket on our window for parking. I guess they didn't know we were staying there for the weekend. Not sure how to fix this!
