There was no hot water for the instant oatmeal. No eggs, just waffle maker. The bathroom facet and drain look old. This was still a great value for the price!

The first room I was given had no working lights in the bathroom, or living area, so I was given another room. The inside of the room could use a freshening up…paint, and simple repairs. Breakfast was literally a bunch of pastries, some oatmeal, waffle choice….not very healthy or option friendly.

The hotel was very busy. There were several others checking in at the same time, I was, and the front desk clerk seemed distracted, but was efficient. The room was okay. The bathroom door touched the shower curtain rod, and the shower curtain was too long, but not wide enough. The bed was comfy. Breakfast was sparse with only bread items and cereal available.

The room was clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. With a free airport shuttle and an early breakfast the value is hard to beat. If you have an early flight it’s quite handy. My only complaint would be that the bread and bagels were quite dry this go around.

Waited 30 mins for the free shuttle, when it showed up it was already nearly full and they had room for only 2 and they was 4 in my party. Driver said to wait another 30 minutes, outside, and 130am. Took an Uber instead of that and when we got to the hotel it took forever to get checked in. We finally got our rooms at probably 230, and i called for a late checkout. Manager said 1130 is the best we can do. So i put the Do Not Disturb sign on the door, and at 9am they started knocking anyway. Then again at 11:10. I asked the guy if he saw the sign on the door and he just pointed at his clipboard and said checkout is at 11. I asked why he knocked at 9, and was given no real answer. I get it, i'm not a custumor, I am an inconvenience of some sort and service means nothing, just get out of my way so i can clean the room, now.
