Decent hotel for Airport layovers with shuttle

The hotel was decent overall, but it felt quite dated and in need of renovation. The furniture, in particular, requires replacement, as many pieces were stained. There were also some minor maintenance issues, such as missing grout in the tile and small rips on the wallpaper, etc. On a positive note, the customer service was excellent, and the breakfast was relatively good. However, it would be helpful if they added a second, full size waffle maker, as we had to wait almost 30 minutes just to use it as it was quite popular. And the shuttle was both timely and convenient

The hotel was very clean and staff was friendly. The biggest complaint was only one luggage cart for the whole complex and the last person to use it did not bring it back to the front entrance. After 20 minutes of waiting we lugged our personal baggage up to our 2 nd floor room. Needless to say we were not pleased.

Overall, the hotel is Very dated but the bed was VERY comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Complimentary breakfast was the typical breakfast. Nothing to brag about or complain about.
